- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter (used smart balance)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 3 - ice cubes

Step 1Put all ingredients except ice into a blender and blend until well incorporated

Step 2Add ice cubes and run on high (ice crusher) until the ice cubes are crushed. Serve in a tall glass.
