I wanted something that would have more fruit, yogurt and be a healthy drink.

Both adults and kids will love this treat. The smoothie is rich, silky, and full of blueberry flavor. Blueberry pomegranate juice pumps up the blueberry flavor. The yogurt adds richness to the smoothie. It will be great for a light breakfast or an afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberry/pomegranate juice
- 1 small container blueberry yogurt, 6 oz.
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2-3 - ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon honey for some sweetness or 1 tsp of your favorite jam

Step 1Place all ingredients into a blender.

Step 3Hint: Most any other fruits may be used with similar matching yogurts. juices, even white grape juice. I also like raspberry yogurt, raspberries, and cran-raspberry juice. Just tweak to your own likeness.
