1/2 bunch
organic parsley - washed
1/2 c
fresh organic wild blueberries
1/4 c
frozen blueberries (to help with consistancy)
1 small
piece of ginger root (about 1/2 inch) - cut finely to reduce shreds or
1/4 medium
lemon (rind included) - seeds removed
1 c
almond milk

How to Make Bren's Berry Smoothie


  • 1Place parsley, blueberries, ginger and lemon in the blender. Start with 1/2 cup of almond milk and blend on high gradually adding more as needed until a thick creamy smooth consistency is reached. Serve immediately as this is best when it is fresh.
