Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1/4 cup milk, low-fat
  • 1 cup fresh fruit, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 - ice cubes

How To Make breakfast shake

  • Step 1
    Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well combined and frothy.
