- 3/4 cup yogurt, low-fat, plain
- 1/4 cup milk, low-fat
- 1 cup fresh fruit, cut up
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 - ice cubes

Step 1Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well combined and frothy.
