Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)
How To Make blueberry smoothies

Step 1Put the frozen blueberries in your blender. If you use fresh berries you need to add a cup of ice

Step 2Add yogurt

Step 3Add orange juice. I use mango orange juice when I have it.

Step 4Cover and blend on Liquify setting until smooth
