These smoothies are great and with the flax seed they are a good way to get some extra fiber!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)

How To Make blueberry smoothies

  • Step 1
    Put the frozen blueberries in your blender. If you use fresh berries you need to add a cup of ice
  • Step 2
    Add yogurt
  • Step 3
    Add orange juice. I use mango orange juice when I have it.
  • Step 4
    Cover and blend on Liquify setting until smooth
