Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or thawed blueberries
  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make blueberry shake

  • Step 1
    Place blueberries, dry milk, yogurt, water, honey and vanilla in a blender and process until smooth
