1 pkgmyoplex lite
STRAWBERRY OR VANILLA (I PREFER VANILLA)
2 cice cubes
1 cwater, ice cold
1 cblueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cmangos fresh or frozen
YOU MAY ADD ICE OR WATER AS NEEDS TO THICKNESS
How to Make Blueberry Mango Protein Smoothie
- In blender, place blueberries, mangos, and water...pulse 3 times, add water and ice....pulse 4 times...add Myoplex Powder....and pulse 5 times stir occasionally with a rubber spatula...till mixed thoroughly...you may add more ice or water depending on the thickness you like....
- You can add more protein powder or wheat grass to it if you like...This will make 1 to two glasses depend on the glass size...
