  • 2 cups plain, nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 - medium ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • Step 1
    Combine the yogurt, blueberries, banana and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses.
