Ingredients
- 1 medium fresh banana, in chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (low in sugar) or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup vanilla low fat yogurt, or non fat
- 3 - ice cubes
How To Make blue'ana peanut butter smoothie

Step 1Grind flax or wheat germ in blender/grinder to breakdown further if you wish. This helps with any bitterness from the flax if this bothers you.

Step 2Place ice, banana, blueberries, milk, flax and/or wheat germ and pulse. Add remaining ingredients of peanut butter, honey and yogurt and blend. If you wish, you can add additional ice to this to make it cold.
