Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, frozen
  • 1 - carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup ice

How To Make black and blue smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients into a blender in the following order: ice, strawberries, blackberries, carrots, blueberries, soy milk and pomegranate juice.
  • Step 2
    Blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into glass and serve.
