Ingredients

  • 1 c
    soy milk or almond milk
  • 1 c
    pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 c
    blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    strawberries
  • 1/2 c
    blackberries, frozen
  • 1
    carrot, sliced
  • 1 c
    ice

How to Make Black And Blue Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender in the following order: ice, strawberries, blackberries, carrots, blueberries, soy milk and pomegranate juice.
  2. Blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into glass and serve.
