  • 1 c
    vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium
    ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/4 c
    each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
  • 1 c
    fat-free milk

How to Make Berry Banana Smoothies

Step-by-Step

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
