this is a great smoothie for those days when you just want to relax on the deck and rest

Ingredients

    banana, sliced
  • 3/4 c
    frozen berries (i used raspberries)
  • ·
    juice of 2 oranges
  • 1/2 c
    yogurt (i used berry, but use any yogurt you have on hand)
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    honey

How to Make Berry Banana Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. Place fruit, yogurt and milk in your blender. Drizzle over the honey and switch the blender on and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Turn the blender off, give the contents a good stir and blend again for another 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
