this is a great smoothie for those days when you just want to relax on the deck and rest

Ingredients

  • 1 - banana, sliced
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries (i used raspberries)
  • - juice of 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (i used berry, but use any yogurt you have on hand)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey

How To Make berry banana smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place fruit, yogurt and milk in your blender. Drizzle over the honey and switch the blender on and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Turn the blender off, give the contents a good stir and blend again for another 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
