Here is another shake I used to make for when I was body building it makes for a great meal replacement, You get Protein and Potassium plus it is lactose free.....

Ingredients
- 1 - banana
- 1 - egg protein powder (replacement) scoop
- 1/4 - almond milk
- 1 cup ice, crushed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- OR 2 PACKETS OF STEVIA
How To Make banana protein shake lactose free

Step 1In a blender in this order; crushed ice, banana, almond milk, honey or stevia...pulse 3x then sprinkle egg protein powder in and pulse 3 to 4 times

Step 2Using a rubber spatula push down the sides...pulse a few more times till all is mixed well and is thick as you like it....Pour into glass and enjoy
