banana pineapple smoothie
When we want a fruit smoothie, I enjoy making one of these. It's a combination of fruit juices we love, either pineapple juice or pineapple/orange juice, and we toss in whole fruit pieces, and sometimes low fat yogurt for me. The kids love to use kitchen equipment, and the blender is one of those fun appliances that makes this drink quickly. So "rev up the blender", and enjoy a little taste of the tropics!
