    orange juice, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1/2 small
    peeled ripe banana
  • 1/4 c
    stemmed, sliced strawberries

    honey to taste
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla soy protein powder

How to Make Banana Berry Power Smoothie


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
