Triple Fruit Sparkler

A lovely fruity and sparkling beverage from Cooking Light Cookbook 1994 for special times. Non-alcoholic.

Prep time, does not include refrigerator time.

apricot nectar
2 c
unsweetened orange juice
2 c
unsweetened pineapple juice
2 c
orange-flavored sparkling mineral water, chilled


1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large pitcher, and stir well. Chill thoroughly.
2Just before serving, stir in mineral water. Serve over ice. Makes 2 qts. Makes 8 one cup servings.
