That was one hot and tiring day when my music teacher made this delicacy (and meal!) for us all after class. So rich was this in nutrition, flavor and surprises... That all of us students had to go back for more.... "One that instantly cools your body and satisfyingly fills your stomach!"

Ingredients

  • 12 - strawberries, organic, cut into halves
  • 2 - gala smith apples, organic, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 12 - baby carrots peeled and cut into halves
  • 4 - fresh mint leaves
  • 1 - 1-inch ginger piece
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - sugar to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
  • - ice for serving

How To Make summer cooler

  • Step 1
    Blend all the ingredients together except ice till smooth. Serve with ice or chilled! Just can't believe that you can make a meal out of such a quick-to-make and tasty juice!
