This is a good old fashioned sherbert punch. You can make it with Lime sherbert or any other flavor. Just use the food color of choice to go with the sherbert.

Ingredients

  • 1 quart lime or other flavor sherbert
  • 2 - 6 ounce lemon juice concentrate
  • 2 - 6 ounce lime juice concentrate
  • 6 - juice cans of water
  • 4 quarts chilled gingerale

How To Make shamrock punch

  • Step 1
    Mix juices, water and food coloring of choice, green for lime, (red for cherry or raspberry, etc.)
  • Step 2
    Put in punch bowl. Add sherbert just before serving. Kind of break sherbert up into pieces for serving. Pour gingerale over sherbert just at serving time.
