  • 1/2 c
    mint leaves
  • 1 1/4 c
  • ·
    juice of 3 lemons
  • ·
    zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 2 pt
    ginger ale
  • 1 pt
    grape juice

How to Make Ginger Ale Punch


  1. Pour boiling water over mint leaves, sugar and lemon zest. Let stand and cool; strain into a punch bowl containing ice. Add ginger ale, grape juice and strained lemon juice. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
