Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • - juice of 3 lemons
  • - zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 pints ginger ale
  • 1 pint grape juice

How To Make ginger ale punch

  • Step 1
    Pour boiling water over mint leaves, sugar and lemon zest. Let stand and cool; strain into a punch bowl containing ice. Add ginger ale, grape juice and strained lemon juice. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
