"fluffy" punch recipe

I've been making this punch for birthday parties and showers for many years. When the children were little, they called it "fluffy punch."

Ingredients

  • 1 large can (48 ounces) apricot nectar, chilled
  • 12 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 quart pineapple sherbet, softened
  • 2 liters 7-up soda, chilled

How To Make "fluffy" punch recipe

  • Step 1
    In a large punchbowl, combine apricot nectar and pink lemonade concentrate. Using a large spoon, spoon softened sherbet into punchbowl.
  • Step 2
    Slowly pour chilled 7-Up over sherbet. The carbonation will make a lovely froth. Scoop about 1/2 cup into small punch cups, adding some of the froth to each serving.
  • Step 3
    Makes about a gallon.
