In a large punchbowl, combine apricot nectar and pink lemonade concentrate. Using a large spoon, spoon softened sherbet into punchbowl.
Slowly pour chilled 7-Up over sherbet. The carbonation will make a lovely froth. Scoop about 1/2 cup into small punch cups, adding some of the froth to each serving.
Makes about a gallon.
