I love coffee. I love coffee. :) I make this for a monthly sunday brunch we have and it is always gone before the meeting is half over.

Ingredients

  • 6 qt
    black coffee,room temperature.
  • 3/4 c
    sugar or to taste.
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 qt
    heavy cream, cold
  • 1 qt
    coffee ice cream.
  • 1 qt
    vanilla ice cream

How to Make Brunch Punch

Step-by-Step

  1. In a punch bowl, stir together coffee and sugar until sugar dissolves.

    Stir in vanilla and spices.
  2. In a seperate bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.

    Blend cream into coffee.

    Break ice cream into pieces with a spoon; add to coffee mixture

    Serve!!!
