berry pink eggnog punch

Yes, I know that you know that I love eggnog but when I came across this recipe I was really excited. I wouldn't have thought to add a berry mixture in with the traditional eggnog but it works. It is fruity, creamy and nogalicious!! It is definitely a new punch that can be served for the holidays plus it is beautiful in clear glasses since it is pink. This recipe is from Better Homes and Garden.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces 1 can frozen cranberry-raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 quart dairy eggnog, chilled
  • 12 ounces 1 can lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • - nutmeg
  • - fresh raspberries, optional

How To Make berry pink eggnog punch

  • Step 1
    Combine cranberry-raspberry juice & eggnog in a pitcher. Carefully add lemon-lime beverage. Dollop each serving with some of the whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Top with a fresh raspberries, if desired. Makes 14 (4-ounce) servings.
