boiling water
lemons, juice only
1 1/2 oz
almond extract
3 tsp
citric acid (found in pharmacies or with canning supplies)
10 pt
gingerale (i use canada dry)
4 1/2 qt
ice water

How to Make Almond Punch


  • 1Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  • 2Store in refrigerator, or can make ahead and freeze then thaw till slushy.
  • 3Mix concentrate with 2 parts ginger ale and 1 part ice water.
