Ingredients

5 lbsugar
-
4 cboiling water
-
12lemons, juice only

1 1/2 ozalmond extract
-
3 tspcitric acid (found in pharmacies or with canning supplies)

10 ptgingerale (i use canada dry)

4 1/2 qtice water
How to Make Almond Punch
- Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
- Store in refrigerator, or can make ahead and freeze then thaw till slushy.
- Mix concentrate with 2 parts ginger ale and 1 part ice water.
