Looks like Champagne. A favorite for wedding receptions, anniversaries, special occasions. My mother-in-law knew how much we liked it and made it for our annual family Christmas party!

128 / Makes 2 quarts concentrate, 4 gallons diluted.
Ingredients
- 5 pounds sugar
- 4 cups boiling water
- 12 - lemons, juice only
- 1 1/2 ounces almond extract
- 3 teaspoons citric acid (found in pharmacies or with canning supplies)
- 10 pints gingerale (i use canada dry)
- 4 1/2 quarts ice water
How To Make almond punch

Step 1Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.

Step 2Store in refrigerator, or can make ahead and freeze then thaw till slushy.

Step 3Mix concentrate with 2 parts ginger ale and 1 part ice water.
