Ingredients

  • 5 lb
    sugar
  • 4 c
    boiling water
  • 12
    lemons, juice only
  • 1 1/2 oz
    almond extract
  • 3 tsp
    citric acid (found in pharmacies or with canning supplies)
  • 10 pt
    gingerale (i use canada dry)
  • 4 1/2 qt
    ice water

How to Make Almond Punch

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Store in refrigerator, or can make ahead and freeze then thaw till slushy.
  3. Mix concentrate with 2 parts ginger ale and 1 part ice water.
