I ripped this out of a magazine but Im not sure which one. It was a Q&A small article. Im posting it so if I lose the clipping I'll still have it...

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch black pepper
How To Make remedy for a cold (haldi doodh)

Step 1Bring water and milk to a boil the add turmeric and minced ginger and honey and a pinch of black pepper. Let simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Let cool before drinking. Enjoy twice daily until your cold is gone.
