Ingredients For pumpkin coffee creamer

  • 1 can
    (10 oz./300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 oz
    (300 ml) half-and-half
  • 1/4 c
    pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How To Make pumpkin coffee creamer

    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add condensed milk, half-and-half, pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until the mixture starts to simmer, about 8 to 10 minutes.

    Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract; whisk to combine.

    Pour the creamer into a measuring cup and place some wax paper on top making sure it touches the surface to prevent a skin from forming; let it cool for 20 minutes.

    Pour into a jar or container and transfer to the fridge until needed. It keeps up to 5 days and makes 2 ½ cups.
