- 1 can (10 oz./300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 10 ounces (300 ml) half-and-half
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make pumpkin coffee creamer

Step 1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add condensed milk, half-and-half, pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until the mixture starts to simmer, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 2Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract; whisk to combine.

Step 3Pour the creamer into a measuring cup and place some wax paper on top making sure it touches the surface to prevent a skin from forming; let it cool for 20 minutes.

Step 4Pour into a jar or container and transfer to the fridge until needed. It keeps up to 5 days and makes 2 ½ cups.
