Every year I buy mulling spice for hot cider and cocktails. I found a recipe that tastes the same as the store bought, but costs a fraction of the price.

How to Make Mulling Spice

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. Use 1/4 to 1/2 C to your batch of cider or mulled wine. If making a cup or two of cider, I would start with a teaspoon of mulling spice and add more to taste.
