  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger root, grated
  • 2 cups water

How To Make hiyashiame

  • Step 1
    Heat all ingredients until syrup dissolves. Let cool.

    Strain ginger bits and pour over ice.
