Every night I enjoy a cup of camomile tea when Im winding down. I also enjoy my iced tea in the summer. So I thought how would iced camomile work. After researching all the health benefits I was in! Turning my camomile tea into iced I found it adds a whole different taste! Adding herbs and I was addicted! Any herbs and citrus will work. And I never use sugar in my tea, but you can certainly add agave or honey. But I found didnt need, ENJOY!
