I put together this recipe when I was on my Dr. Phil diet. I lost alot of weight and this recipe helped and is delicious and cool.

- 2 - bananas, peeled & frozen
- 16 ounces milk, 2%
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 6 packages small individual packs of splenda or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
How To Make frozen banana shake

Step 1Peel 2 bananas and wrapped them individually in foil. Put in the freezer to freeze. When they are frozen, put them in the blender with the milk, cinnamon and Splenda or Sugar, vanilla and blend well. Put in a large glass with a straw and enjoy!You can also add strawberries or any other fruit you like. Very healthy.
