I must admit I haven't tried this yet, but it LOOKS YUMMY!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium grapefruit, sliced
  • 1 large tangerine (or tangelo)--sectioned
  • 1/2 small cucumber, sliced
  • 2 sprigs peppermint
  • - ice cubes, as much as you like
  • - use all above ingredients for each 8 ounce serving of water.

How To Make fat flush water

  • Step 1
    ♥ FAT FLUSH WATER ♥ You should drink at least three 8 oz glasses per day. They say the longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat the fruits/vegis as well, but they are intended as flavoring. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think! Directions: Wash grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber and grapefruit and section the tangerine. Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, 8 oz water, and ice) into a large pitcher. Stir & Enjoy!
