Different Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

Have not made this recipe either. This is from allfreecoycatrecipes.com, at Eat Boutique by Maggie Gattista.
This one calls for eggs, reminds me of coffee tasting eggnog. It sounds very good.

fresh eggs
1/2 tsp
almond extract, optional
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla or mexican vanilla, your preference
2 tsp
chocolate syrup
2 tsp
instant coffee granules
1 can
sweetened condense milk
1 1/4
cup good whiskey
1 cup
whipping cream


1Blend all ingredients in blender or in stand mixer with a whisk attachment. Store in back of frigerater, where it is coldest.
2Shake before serving and serve over cube of ice. This recipe makes a quart that keeps for 4 to 6 weeks.
