This recipe is not only great for diabetic's but is a wonderful Chemo patient shake.
But it is the taste that will bring you back. It is the only way I make banana shakes. Without Ice Cream.
methodNo-Cook or Other
banana, peeled and frozen at least 24 hours in plastic wrap
vanilla or banana flavoring
3/4 & c
milk, any kind you want.
How To Make
Take frozen banana from freezer. 1 to 1 1/2 banana per shake. Put in blender with milk. Start with 3/4 a cup of milk may need more per shake. Pulse until you have a thick shake, adding more milk if needed.
add vanilla or banana flavoring and pour into glasses.
