Ingredients For anti-flu preparation

  • 2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    sea salt or common salt
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1 c
    apple cider vinegar

How To Make anti-flu preparation

    Grind together the cayenne pepper and salt to form a paste. Add boiling water and steep and cool. Once cool, add the apple cider vinegar.

    Most adults can take between a teaspoon to a tablespoon every half an hour. If it is too strong, dilute it. If it is too strong for your tummy, use 1 cup brewed chamomile tea instead of the boiling water.
