- 1/2 cup alfalfa seeds

How To Make alfalfa seed tea

Step 1Put water in an enamel pan. Add seeds and bring to a boiling point. Simmer 1/2 hour with a lid on. Cool. Strain and squeeze seeds as dry as possible.

Step 2Sweeten with honey. Put in refrigerator. Drink 4 or 5 glasses a day for 3 weeks. After that, as often as you like.
