Try this with 1/2 and 1/2 if you're watching calories/fat intake! As a child, visiting Vienna (Wien), I wasn't remotely interested in the coffee, so now as an adult, I have to make my own! Usually made with strong coffee!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 8 cups brewed coffee
- - whipped cream
- - ground cinnamon
How To Make viennese coffee

Step 1Bring 1/2 cup cream to simmer in large saucepan. Reduce heat to low.

Step 2Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Gradually whisk in coffee.

Step 3Ladle coffee mixture into cups. Top with dollops of whipped cream. Sprinkle cream with cinnamon and serve.
