8 qtripe tomatoes

8 stalkcelery

1/4 cparsley

3 smonions finely chopped

1leek white part finely chopped

1/2 tspground allspice

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

juice of 1 lemon

1 tspsalt

1 ccarrots finely chopped

1 cgreen pepper finely chopped

fresh ground black pepper to taste
How To Make vegetable juice by eddie

1Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters. Finely chop celery and leaves, onions and leek.

2Put tomatoes, onions, celery, parsley, lemon juice , carrot and green pepper into a non aluminum cooking pot.

3Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes until vegetables are soft.

4Put mixture through a sieve. Season with salt, allspice, Worcestershire sauce And pepper. Chill and serve .
