Ingredients
- 8 quarts ripe tomatoes
- 8 stalks celery
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 3 small onions finely chopped
- 1 - leek white part finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup carrots finely chopped
- 1 cup green pepper finely chopped
- - fresh ground black pepper to taste
How To Make vegetable juice by eddie

Step 1Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters. Finely chop celery and leaves, onions and leek.

Step 2Put tomatoes, onions, celery, parsley, lemon juice , carrot and green pepper into a non aluminum cooking pot.

Step 3Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes until vegetables are soft.

Step 4Put mixture through a sieve. Season with salt, allspice, Worcestershire sauce And pepper. Chill and serve .
