1In a 1 quart saucepan, heat soymilk & the honey just about boiling over medium-high heat. Stir frequently & remove from heat. Add in the tea bags & orange peel with the ginger to the soymilk mixture. Stir well to blend.
2Push around the tea bags around & let stand for about 5 mins. Throw away the tea bags & orange peels. The strain the soymilk mixture before serving.
3Special Tip: Float an orange slice for a garnish.
