I don't usually like fruit tea. But this one is an exception. It is really great on a hot summer day.

    tea bags
  • 4 c
    water-room temperature
  • 2 c
    cranberry juice
  • ·
    lime simple syrup
  • ·
    equal part water to sugar-zest of one lime per quarter cup of water.

How to Make Nantucket Tea


  1. Steep teabags in water for 45 minutes. Remove and discard bags.
  2. Stir in juice and simple syrup to taste. Serve over ice.
  3. TO MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP-equal part sugar to water. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add lime zest-zest of one lime to 1/4 cup of syrup.
