- 1Steep teabags in water for 45 minutes. Remove and discard bags.
- 2Stir in juice and simple syrup to taste. Serve over ice.
- 3TO MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP-equal part sugar to water. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add lime zest-zest of one lime to 1/4 cup of syrup.
