Lemon Shake Up

How to Make Lemon Shake Up
- Combine sugar & water. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
- Add lemon juice to simple syrup. Strain and keep refrigerated.
- To make: Add approx 2 tablespoons of syrup to each glass of ice water.
- Add the rind of half of a lemon that you squeezed to get the juice.
- Cover the glass and shake to blend.
