Ingredients

  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • dash(es)
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream ; whipped

How to Make Java Egg Nog

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat the egg until thick ; add coffee powder (I use regular instant coffee but the really powdery type , if you have to then you can grind it up in a grinder ), vanilla , and the salt ; Gradually beat in the sugar ; Stir in the milk ; Then stir in the whipped cream.
  2. Pour into cups and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon ...ENJOY
