I'm sitting here sipping on this delicious drink and thought I would share it with you ..yummy **Borrowed picture from the net**

Ingredients

1 - egg
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup whipping cream ; whipped

How To Make java egg nog

Step 1

Beat the egg until thick ; add coffee powder (I use regular instant coffee but the really powdery type , if you have to then you can grind it up in a grinder ), vanilla , and the salt ; Gradually beat in the sugar ; Stir in the milk ; Then stir in the whipped cream.

Step 2

Pour into cups and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon ...ENJOY
