home made ginger soother
I just invented this, but it is pretty close to the recipe in the bottle. If you want you can add more or less filtered water to alter the heat of the ginger. I like it just a little warm so I used a fair bit of water. Ginger is a good for your tummy!

Ingredients

- 1 cup home made ginger juice
- - filtered water to fill a 32 oz. bottle
How To Make home made ginger soother
-
Step 1To Make The Ginger Juice: Get a large piece of raw ginger and cut it up in small pieces. Now I use a Vita Mix Blender and it's very powerful. If you are using a regular blender make sure the pieces are small. Add about 6 cups of water to the blender and blend until all the ginger is incorporated. Then get a seive and strain the ginger juice using a ladel to push it through. I've done this dozens of times and it works great.
-
Step 2Once you have your ginger juice all made then put it into a glass container.
-
Step 3Put the lemon juice and stevia drops into your 32 oz. bottle. Add the 1 cup or your ginger juice and fill to the top with filtered water. Shake it well and take a swig.
-
Step 4If it's too strong add more water. It's that simple and it's so good for your tummy.
-
Step 5Enjoy!
