I love Eggnog this time of year, but I always wanted the taste without the calories. I was experimenting using vanilla "Slimfast" with the high protein and I think I finally got it. Now, this does not have the same texture or color, but it definitely is close in flavor!

Ingredients

8 oz
milk - can be whole milk, 2% milk, or skim milk
1
scoop of vanilla slimfast
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2
ice cubes
rum flavor if desired
ground nutmeg to taste
ground cinnamon to taste

How to Make Healthier-For-You "Eggnog"

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2Pour into glass and sprinkle some more ground nutmeg and cinnamon if you like. That's it! If you like, add rum flavor or brandy flavor.
