I love Eggnog this time of year, but I always wanted the taste without the calories. I was experimenting using vanilla "Slimfast" with the high protein and I think I finally got it. Now, this does not have the same texture or color, but it definitely is close in flavor!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces milk - can be whole milk, 2% milk, or skim milk
- 1 - scoop of vanilla slimfast
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 - ice cubes
- - rum flavor if desired
- - ground nutmeg to taste
- - ground cinnamon to taste
How To Make healthier-for-you "eggnog"

Step 1Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2Pour into glass and sprinkle some more ground nutmeg and cinnamon if you like. That's it! If you like, add rum flavor or brandy flavor.
