  • 1 large
    juice of 1 lemon (2 if you like more zest)
  • 1/2 large
    zest of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 medium
    piece of ginger root (about the size of a baby carrot) - chopped into pieces for easy blending
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp
    raw honey with bee pollen
  • 1/2 gal
    filtered water

How to Make Ginger Zest Cooler


  1. Place 2 cups of water plus the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend on high until the ginger is well blended.
  2. Pour mixture into a pitcher and add the remaining water to fill the pitcher. Mix well. Serve chilled.
