Looking for some creative iced teas and found this. It sounds delish! You'll have to play with the amounts to make a pitcher full, but that shouldn't be a big deal. After I make it I'll come back and change the amounts, but until then, it sounded so good it had to be shared! Enjoy!

  • 1 1/2 c
    cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 c
    brewed cinnamon apple spice tea, cooled
  • 1 c
    brewed black tea, cooled
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice

How to Make Cran-O-Apple SpIced Tea

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients then chill. Serve over ice.
  2. Nutrition Facts: 1 serving equals 66 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 2 mg sodium, 16 g carbohydrate, trace protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 vegetable, 1/2 fat, 1/4 lean meat, 1/4 fruit.
