While vacationing in San Diego, CA. Last week. I was servrd this delicious,and very refreshing iced drink. I was very surprised at how good this different twist on cold lemonade was !and I would like to share this simple recipe with you. What could be better on a "HOT" summers day ! It was garnished with her home grown lemons. nancy ....8/9/121

Ingredients

1 - seedless ( english) cucumber, peeled and shredded.
2 quarts lemonade, already made, or bottled

How To Make cold cucumber lemonade

Step 1

Peel and grate the cucumber into the pitcher of lemonade. Stir well. Refrigerate till cold.

Step 2

Garnish glasses with a thin slice of cucumber or very thin slices of a cucumber and lemon. Slit and placed on the rim of the galsses. Enjoy.
