I have used this recipe for years and just love it! Makes a wonderful "mason Jar gift" for the Holidays or for a hostess gift. I have the gift tags made up on the computer for easy printing.

Makes about 7 cups of Chai Mix
Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1 cup french vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
How To Make chai tea (hot or cold)

Step 1In a large bowl, combine milk powder,non-dairy creamer, vailla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea.

Step 2Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

Step 3In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup of mixture at a time, until the mixture is the consistancy of fine powder. Makes about 7 cups of mix.

Step 4Store in air-tight container.

Step 5To serve hot, mix 2 heaping tablespoons of Chai mix into a mug of hot water. To serve cold, let hot Chai tea cool and add ice.
