I love to drink Ice Tea. Also What I love is that I can make a decaf and unsweetened version of this recipe at home. The perfect complement to a lazy warm Spring Day or Summer Afternoon in the backyard or deck.. Great to serve at BBQ's! But honestly I drink Iced Tea all year round. When I first tasted the flavors of Blackberry Mint Iced Tea at Macaroni Grill I was hooked and decided unlike their syrup flavoring, I'd use fresh fruit. Sometimes I omit the mint and just have a fruity Iced Tea. I prefer using Lipton's tea packets as my starter. You can also omit the sugar and use a sugar substitute instead in your Iced Tea upon serving. The picture just came in from a box of blackberries I just bought!
