My good friend and I adore spices in coffee, subtle or bold, we don't care. This coffee is meant to have subtle flavors but if you desire, by all means go ahead and add more spice. Anna this is for you... I hope you enjoy the anticipation.

Ingredients
- COFFEE BASE
- 12 - 14 ounces coffee, bold, black
- 1 1/ 2 teaspoons sugar, vanilla (or to taste)
- pinch salt, sea
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger, freshly ground
- 1/8 teaspoon mace
- HOT MILK BASE
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, fresh ground
- 1 - 3 teaspoons sugar, vanilla
- CREAM BASE
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1/8 teaspoon rose water
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom, freshly ground
- 1 1/2 - 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- GARNISH
- 1 teaspoon almonds, ground
How To Make anna sip-ation - exotic coffee

Step 1Freshly grind your ginger and then add the mace and salt to the mixture and stir.

Step 2Prepare your coffee as you normally would and add the freshly ground ginger mixture to your ground coffee . Now you are ready to brew your coffee, go ahead and brew your coffee.

Step 3Please remember not to boil your milk. In a small pot add the milk, sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Put on low heat for 3 - 5 minutes and stir occasionally.

Step 4Now you are ready for the whipped cream... YUM Please use freshly ground cardamom, it makes such a difference to your finished product. In your motar and pestle grind the cardamom until you get a fine powder and set aside until needed. Add the heavy cream, rose water, cardamom and sugar into a bowl and whip cream to your preference. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Step 5Pour your coffee, then milk base into your cup or mug and top with the whipped cream. Garnish with ground almonds and enjoy.
