Ingredients

  • MILKSHAKE

  • 3 1/2 c
    strawberry ice cream
  • 1/2 c
    35% heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 1/3 c
    sliced strawberries, plus 2 whole ones for garnish
  • WHIPPED CREAM - OPTIONAL

  • 1/2 c
    35% heavy cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How to Make Strawberry Milkshake

Step-by-Step

  1. WHIPPED CREAM: In the chilled bowl of a stand mixer, add cold heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. With the chilled whisk attachment, process until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
  2. Transfer to the fridge until needed.
  3. MILKSHAKE: In the jar of a blender, add strawberry ice cream, heavy cream, milk and strawberries; process until smooth, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a strawberry.
